Liberal Tells Black, Trump-Supporting Lawyer To 'Stop Eating the Coon Flakes'
Daniel Jay Cameron is running for attorney general in Kentucky.
And the left hates it.
Cameron is a Republican, conservative lawyer who is fed up with his opponent’s anti-life stances and open-border positions.
He’s built his campaign on calling out the liberal policies and swampy corruption of the Democrat who is running against him.
But it isn’t his conservatism that has him in the crosshairs of the left.
It isn’t Cameron’s lifelong record in the Republican Party that is drawing criticism.
It’s something else altogether.
Cameron is a black man who isn’t a Democrat.
And the left is clearly terrified at the thought.
Dawn Elliott, a radio host and a lawyer with some pretty bad reviews on Google, said in a statement to the Louisville Courier-Journal that Cameron needs to “stop eating the ‘coon flakes’ the White House is serving.”
Yes, Elliott used the phrase “coon flakes.” And she’s not apologizing. And no one on the left is complaining.
Imagine if President Donald Trump said the words “coon flakes” in any context. It would result in a five-day news cycle. The criticism would be relentless and vicious.
Cameron responded to Elliott’s comments in perfect style.
“Yesterday, a liberal attorney said I should stop eating “coon flakes” in a @CourierJournal interview,” he tweeted. “I am a proud lifelong Republican, part of a diverse @KYGOP ticket, and yes I support @realDonaldTrump.”

Cameron’s support for Trump is a reciprocated affection.
“The Republican Party has a new STAR, his name is Daniel Cameron (@djaycameron), and he is running for Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,” Trump tweeted. “He is tough on Crime, Strong on Borders, and will fight for our Second Amendment.
“Daniel will never let you down. He has my Full and Complete Endorsement!”

It’s not a surprise that those on the left don’t like the idea that a minority from Kentucky is supporting Donald Trump. But it should be unexpected that they feel free to use racially offensive attacks against patriots like Cameron.
But the left and the media feel entitled to the minds of minorities. Any minority, whether of race or sexual identity, who dares to question the vice-like hold the Democrats have over their communities is immediately met with mocking and hateful threats.
Cameron is right when he tells the Democratic Party that “it’s time to stop telling black Americans what we’re allowed to believe.”
It appears the only diversity the left celebrates is the kind that keeps people in the Democratic Party.
