Bitter Saints players enjoyed themselves quite a bit during Vikings blowout
If you can’t beat ’em, you might as have fun at their expense.
No football fan — especially in New Orleans — will ever forget last week’s “Minnesota Miracle” when when Stefon Diggs’ 61-yard walk-off touchdown put the Vikings into the NFC championship game.
As the Vikes were getting blown out Sunday by Philadelphia 38-7, several Saints players decided to troll their conquerors.
First up was defensive back Roman Harper, who was pretty succinct.

Fullback Michael Robinson offered a more clinical diagnosis, suggesting the Vikings were victims of an emotional letdown.

Defensive end Cameron Jordan said he was surprised by Philadelphia’s victory.

Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall isn’t a member of the Saints, but said he believed the Saints would have been more competitive than the Vikings.
Saints supposed to win that game. They would’ve played better then this

Probably the most creative tweet came from New Orleans wide receiver Michael Thomas, who brought us all back to our Looney Tunes childhood with the famous “that’s all folks” signoff.

Despite being the road team, the Vikings were actually three-point favorites heading into the game, and looked sharp early, taking a 7-0 lead.
That’s when Nick Foles went to work, and the game was all but decided by halftime, leaving New Orleans players like Willie Snead relieved.

It wasn’t exactly revenge, but at least New Orleans was able to have a little fun.
