Ostovich, 27, fights in the UFC’s flyweight division.
She has a professional record of 4-4 and is scheduled to fight Paige Van Zant on Jan. 19 at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn.
If she did indeed suffer a broken bone in her face, she likely would not be recovered in time for the fight.
