Dan Crenshaw Reveals Truth Behind Massive Desk 'Decoration' That's Catching Everyone's Attention
If you’re a conservative or Republican, Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw is an exciting breath of fresh air that represents some of the very best of conservatism.
If you’re a liberal or Democrat, Crenshaw should still represent those things, though it may be a tougher pill to swallow because of the “R” that always pops up next to his name.
In an era of divisive and combative politics, Crenshaw represents a rarity: an honest man who stands by his principles but is willing to engage with the other side in a productive and polite manner.
If the deep divisions within this country will ever be healed, people like Crenshaw will be the ones to lead that charge.
Perhaps the biggest part of Crenshaw’s appeal is his willingness to show his more human side, as opposed to adhering to the stuffy stereotype of many politicians.
Sure, leftists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez try to exhibit a more human side too, but Crenshaw does it without throwing it in your face.
For instance, Crenshaw showed a willingness to poke light fun at his eye injury (which he lost to an IED while serving as a Navy SEAL) in an awesome photo taken with fellow wounded veteran Congressmen.

Even when taking people down a peg or two, Crenshaw does it with an honesty and politeness lacking in today’s political discourse.
No one thinks this is scandalous. Dance away (was actually pretty good).
What is scandalous is increasing income taxes to 70%. It’s wholly unethical for anyone to work a majority of the year just to give their money to the government.

Crenshaw’s latest exhibition of humanity, however, is actually an awesome homage to his days as a SEAL.
The Daily Caller’s Benny Johnson tweeted out a photo of Crenshaw at his desk while joking pointing out a rather large blade sitting on it. Crenshaw responded with a dose of humor before shedding some knowledge on the significance of the blade.

Crenshaw ended his response with an important piece of advice for all Americans.
“Never Forget.”
The K-Bar knife is almost the perfect metaphor for Crenshaw.
Patriotic, powerful and dangerous to America’s enemies, but still enough lightheartedness to chop up strawberries with.
