Actress Correctly Labels Abortion as 'a Nightmare,' Offers Bizarrely Illogical Solution

Share

Actress Milla Jovovich correctly labeled abortion as “horrific” and a “nightmare,” but she wants to make the procedure of abortion easier to access.

In an Instagram post, Jovovich offered her thoughts on abortion and the recently passed “heartbeat bill” in Georgia, which outlaws abortion after six weeks.

Jovovich slammed the heartbeat bill as “draconian” and described her own experience with abortion.

“I myself went through an emergency abortion 2 years ago,” Jovovich wrote.

“I was 4 1/2 months pregnant and shooting on location in Eastern Europe. I went into pre term labor and told that I had to be awake for the whole procedure. It was one of the most horrific experiences I have ever gone through. I still have nightmares about it. I was alone and helpless.”

Jovovich’s abortion left her struggling with depression for months.

Do you support the "heartbeat" bill?

“I spiraled into one of the worst depressions of my life and had to work extremely hard to find my way out. I took time off of my career. I isolated myself for months and had to keep a strong face for my two amazing kids,” the actress wrote.

“Abortion is a nightmare at its best. No woman wants to go through that,” she said.

The actress was completely right about the nature of abortion — it’s a nightmare, especially for the millions of babies who have been slaughtered in the name of “reproductive rights.”

Despite Jovovich’s struggle with depression and consistent nightmares, she urged her followers to “fight to make sure our rights are preserved to obtain a safe one if we need to.”

It’s baffling that Jovovich readily admits that abortion is an abomination but supports legislation that enables more women to endure such a thing.

And abortion won’t become less horrific if it becomes more available and less stigmatized. The barbaric “procedure” of abortion is appalling because it results in the premature death of a child.

Jovovich isn’t the only actress to come forward with an abortion story — Jameela Jamil tweeted Monday about her experience.

“I had an abortion when I was young, and it was the best decision I have ever made,” Jamil tweeted.

“Both for me, and for the baby I didn’t want, and wasn’t ready for, emotionally, psychologically and financially. So many children will end up in foster homes. So many lives ruined. So very cruel.”

“Pretty sure death wasn’t the best thing for the baby,” political commentator Ben Shapiro replied.

Every human being deserves a shot at life, whether or not they are “unwanted” as a baby.

Abortion is a barbaric procedure that has resulted in millions of deaths.
