AOC Despises Trump, but Welcomes White Supremacists with Open Arms
Democratic socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez evidently prides herself on posing as a tower of virtue, despite the fact most Americans see right through her.
As 25% of the progressive freshmen quartet known as “the squad” — whose 15-minutes-of-fame flame has all but extinguished — the New York representative is now positioning herself as a savior for white supremacists.
Ocasio-Cortez pleaded to those “falling in the grips of hatred and white supremacy” to “come back,” according to Washington Examiner.
She spoke at a Brooklyn vigil on Monday in the aftermath of the Dayton, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, mass shootings.
True to form, the congresswoman was so proud of her fire-and-brimstone, self-righteous speech that she shared it via social media.
“Here’s what we have to say to all of America’s men and women falling in the grips of hatred and white supremacy: Come back. It’s not too late,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “You have neighbors and loved ones waiting, holding space for you. And we will love you back.”

“I don’t want to hear the question ‘Is this president racist?’ anymore. He is,” she said, registering zero on the originality scale. President Donald Trump has been attacked as “racist” — no coincidence — ever since he won the 2016 election.
Although nothing Ocasio-Cortez says should come as a surprise any longer, those public comments deserve scrutiny because they’re dripping with hypocrisy.
She thinks white supremacists can be saved and reformed, but Trump is beyond hope? Our commander in chief — who pointedly denounced hatred and bigotry during his Monday morning address to the nation — is a lost cause in Democrats’ eyes.
No matter what Trump says or tweets, regardless of what action he takes involving any subject, leftists will spin it. In their blue-state eyes, the president can do no right.
At least one Twitter user turned the tables on Ocasio-Cortez’s tactics, pointing out the number of similar shootings on former President Barack Obama’s watch.
There were 32 shootings during the horrendous @BarackObama administration! @realDonaldTrump is a champion & respects all races, religions & ethnic backgrounds! He has millions of supporters from all races! Go debate @DiamondandSilk , @RealCandaceO or @RayJPolitics ! @aoc= stupid

Alas, Ocasio-Cortez likely didn’t read that good doctor’s tweet — and it wouldn’t change her mind anyway. She, along with former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke, won’t be deterred from their Democratic talking points.
Even lesser-known politicians, such as El Paso Congresswoman Veronica Escobar, are piling on the president. She said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” “He should not come here while we are in mourning.”
Ah, of course — yet it’s acceptable for Escobar and her leftist compatriots to say any divisive thing they want on the heels of her city’s mass shooting.
“I would encourage the president’s staff members to have him do a little self-reflection,” she said, failing to look in the nearest mirror.
But then, she was taking a cue from Ocasio-Cortez and O’Rourke, among other prominent political figures.
Here’s the takeaway from all this: Radical Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez insist that Trump is racist (he isn’t), so he isn’t welcome in their communities, let alone forgiven. But self-proclaimed racists and white supremacists will be embraced if they denounce their views.
It’s as if Ocasio-Cortez is temporarily taking the burden off fellow “squad” members Reps. Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley for their transgressions.
Most recently, Trump punched back at O’Rourke via Twitter.
Beto (phony name to indicate Hispanic heritage) O’Rourke, who is embarrassed by my last visit to the Great State of Texas, where I trounced him, and is now even more embarrassed by polling at 1% in the Democrat Primary, should respect the victims & law enforcement – & be quiet!

That won’t be enough to stop the endless flow of lies, baseless criticisms and double standards from the left.
As Ocasio-Cortez’s speech at the Brooklyn vigil proved, she is willing to embrace anyone on Earth but her own president.
If she stoops any lower, I don’t want to know about it.
