Cali Radio Host Canned After Saying 17-Year-Old Olympic Hero Is "Hot Piece of A**"

A Bay Area radio host found out the hard way that making lewd remarks about an underage girl is not only creepy, but it’s also a bad career decision.

KNBR fired host Patrick Connor on Wednesday, the day after he said Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim was a “hot piece of a**,” the Sacramento Bee reported.

Kim, 17, won a gold medal Tuesday in the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Connor, host of “The Shower Hour with Patrick Connor,” reportedly made the remark during a conversation on the Barstool Sports Sirius XM radio show “Dialed-In with Dallas Braden.”

“She’s fine as hell,” Connor said while speaking with former Major League pitcher Dallas Braden.

He reportedly mentioned how he was counting the days until Kim’s 18th birthday.

“Her 18th birthday is April 23, and the countdown is on baby, ’cause I got my Wooderson going,” he said. “That’s what I like about them high school girls.”

Digging his hole even deeper, Connor went on to comment on how “hot” Kim was.

Do you think Connor should have been fired?
“If she was 18, you wouldn’t be ashamed to say that she’s a little hot piece of a**,” he said. “And she is. She is adorable. I’m a huge Chloe Kim fan.”

Of course, a backlash ensued, and Connor lost his morning show on KNBR.

However, he remains employed by Barstool Sports.

In a recorded statement on the network, he apologized.

“Just quickly, I want to apologize to Chloe Kim and her dad. They didn’t deserve my stupid, foolish and immature comments,” Connor said, according to USA Today.

He also apologized on Twitter, claiming he was trying to be funny.

That’s the excuse a lot of perverts use when they get called out for trashy behavior.

Connor, who must not be too bright, was way over the line with this remark. Even if Kim was of age, his remarks were wildly inappropriate, given the current climate surrounding sexual harassment.

Kim deserved better — as an Olympian, and as a woman.
