Candace Cameron Bure's Daughter Reveals What Being Raised in a Christian Home in Hollywood Was Really Like

Share

Faith and family are two things that go hand in hand for many Christians. Faith may begin its roots in family and a family can grow together in faith.

Natasha Bure, daughter of Candace Cameron Bure, is familiar with how closely faith and family relate. In an interview with Kirk Cameron’s “The Campfire,” Natasha Bure shared what it was like to grow up in the spotlight.

“I was always influenced in a Christian household,” Bure said, according to “The Courage.” “I was going to a Christian school, I was going to church, I was going to Bible study.”

This upbringing will sound familiar to anyone who was raised in a Christian home. For Bure, it could have been easy to go through the motions and follow in her parents’ walk.

But she knew it was about so much more than just doing the things she was supposed to do as a Christian kid.

“At the end of the day, if you can’t make it your own, your faith isn’t yours, it’s just something you’re following,” she said.

Do you think Natasha Bure looks just like her mom?

This young woman is just 20 years old, yet so much wisdom can be found in her words. It may be due to the fact that her home was a safe space to ask questions about her faith and beliefs.

“They were always open to asking questions,” she said of her parents. “And I honestly believe that questions are the greatest thing to ever exist. That’s the only way to learn.”

And learn, she did. Not only has Bure been able to grow confident in her faith, but she has also followed in her mom’s footsteps in many other ways as well.

She’s never shied away from the camera and even has her own YouTube channel where she talks about beauty, fashion and life.

Bure is no stranger to acting, either. She has appeared in a few TV movies and has a role in the upcoming film, “Faith, Hope & Love,” in theaters March 15, 2019.

Like her mom, Bure is an author. Her book, “Let’s Be Real: Living life as an open and honest you,” takes an honest look at life and dealing with whatever it throws your way.

“I think there’s so many things in my life that I would have never expected that has happened,” Bure said in a 2017 interview with NET TV.

“And I think that’s what’s so beautiful and the beauty behind God’s plan is that you never know what he’s gonna bring in front of you.”

We can’t wait to see what else lies ahead for this young woman. She’s an inspiration and we have no doubt her entire family is proud of how far she has come.
