HGTV's 'Property Brothers' Share Emotional Moment During Extra Special Home Makeover
HGTV’s “Property Brothers” Drew and Jonathan Scott are known for sprucing up spaces and helping people envision what a home could become.
Now they’ve taken their skills to a new level with “Property Brothers: Forever Home.” The twist on the show aired in May and rather than helping people find and fix up a home, they focus on what their clients already have.

“When a family buys a house, they know when it’s the right one the fixer upper where they can spend all their time and grow old together,” Drew told HGTV.
“But, before they know it, years go by and the house hasn’t changed.”
Jonathan also noted that “renovations cost more than they imagine, so their ‘diamond in the rough’ stays rough for years. That’s why we’re here — to help families unlock the dreams in their uninspiring houses.”

Now they’ve brought the show home, in a sense. They say home is where the heart is and what better way to give a home some heart than to help out their older brother, JD Scott?
While the 43-year-old isn’t always in the spotlight, he’s appeared on “Brother vs. Brother” and “Property Brothers at Home,” according to PopCulture.com.

The older Scott sibling also works closely with his brothers through their business, Scott Brothers Entertainment, People reported.
Now it’s time for JD to settle down. He and fiancée Annalee Belle have been engaged since Oct. 31, 2018, and JD’s Las Vegas bachelor pad was in need of a wife-friendly makeover.

Enter “Property Brothers: Forever Home.” The Season 1 episode aired on July 10 and ended with bright furniture, which perfectly mirrored Annalee’s colorful personality (and hair), as well as a few tears shed by the Scotts.
“I’m starting to tear up,” JD said when he saw the updated space. “It doesn’t seem like the same place. It seems like we wandered into someone else’s house.”
Annalee loved it and the project was made even more special because the Scotts’ dad joined in on the very special project.
In the end, the additions and updates were exactly what the space needed. Sending best wishes and heartfelt congratulations to the bride and groom on their new lives — and new home — together.
