NBA Coach Openly Mocks Prayer in Disgusting Anti-NRA Attack
To the surprise of absolutely nobody, it didn’t take long for anti-NRA trolls to come out in droves when news broke that the NRA was in financial crisis due to New York financially pressuring the organization’s top sponsors.
The NRA has somehow been cast as this evil and murderous conglomerate despite the fact they represent millions of everyday Americans. Alas, that narrative has become so entrenched in the far left that it’s become accepted as fact.
And while nobody is all that stunned to see the far left rejoice in whatever struggles the NRA may be experiencing, it’s also given way to a much more sickening narrative.
Many anti-NRA detractors have now taken to openly mocking Christian faith as a means of attacking the NRA. It’s an unsettling development, to say the least.
“Thoughts and prayers,” are meant as just that to many people. Offering thoughts and prayers to those affected by any tragedy, gun-related or not, is a decent, humane thing to do.
But now, the phrase is being bastardized by those who want to see the NRA fail.
One of the most prominent voices among that crowd belongs to NBA champion Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr.

“Don’t send money (to the NRA),” Kerr tweeted. “Thoughts and prayers should suffice.”
Kerr has been a longtime critic of gun ownership ever since his father was murdered by two gunmen in Lebanon. While motives have never been fully established, an Islamic Jihadist took credit for the 1984 murder.
Obviously, that’s a terrible tragedy that would be difficult for anyone, let alone a college student like Kerr was at the time, to cope with.
But that has nothing to do with gun control, proper ownership, prayers or, frankly, the NRA at all.
Kerr wasn’t the only one to mockingly weaponize someone’s faith to needle the NRA.
Far left comedian Chelsea Handler and activist Linda Sarsour also jumped at the opportunity to attack the NRA and its strong Christian roots.
Thoughts and prayers to the NRA who is saying they’re in a deep financial crisis and may be unable to exist. Maybe they could ask some of the Republicans they donated millions to for a loan:

Instead of attacking millions of Americans, perhaps the far left should take its own advice and try to be more tolerant and understanding. For once.
But I’m not going to hold my breath.
