She's Sick of Dying Her Hair, So She Lets Him Cut It Short and Show All Her Grays

Share

Nothing stands between a woman and her hair. But there is often the constant upkeep of cutting, dying, curling and primping.

For some women, it’s just too much. But what is a girl to do?

Most women just continue the hair ritual and perhaps hope that styles will change to suit the type of hair they have. They never do, but one can hope, can’t they?

For Kerry Grundhoefer, 41, a woman with flowing auburn hair, the time had come to make a change.

After years of dying her hair, she knew there had to be a better way.

Luscious locks be gone, said Grundhoefer, who turned to The Makeover Guy, Christopher Jon Hopkins, to transform her with a look that would be a lot less maintenance.

With the uncontrollable greys coming through, Kerry did the one thing that most women fear – she cut it all off. Well, almost all of it.

She sought help from Hopkins, and the results were nothing short of spectacular.

With a few snips, Grundhoefer was turned into a grey-haired maven that many would envy for her boldness and unabandoned fearlessness.

Kerry’s eyes sparkled as she said, “I love it! It is exactly what I wanted!”

But the real question would be if her husband would love it too.

Do you like her new look?

And he didn’t hesitate for one moment upon seeing her. He fell in love with her all over again, even commenting about her beautiful eyes.

The Makeover Guy has made quite a name for himself appearing on shows such as; ‘What Not To Wear’ and ‘Extreme Makeover.’ Christopher Jon Hopkins is his name, and cutting and styling is definitely his game.
