After seeing limited action for the Chicago Blackhawks for two years, Dominik Hasek spent nine years playing for the Buffalo Sabres where he became what many consider to be the best NHL goaltender to ever strap on the pads. He played four of the next eight seasons with the Detroit Red Wings, winning two Stanley Cups in the process. What he’s not remembered for is his stint with the Ottawa Senators, despite posting pretty decent numbers in his one season there. He finished seventh in Vezina Trophy voting that year after posting a .925 save percentage and 2.09 goals against average.
