"It’s his dereliction of duty that has created this problem," Rep. Michael McCaul said of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

"How many more Americans have to die while you claim impeachment has to be done the 'right way?'" Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said.

A report released by the House Homeland Security Committee on Monday shows that policies implemented by Mayorkas are "morally unacceptable."
