GOP Rep. Chip Roy, who sits on the powerful Rules Committee, is urging all Republicans to reject the McCarthy-Biden debt ceiling deal.

"Two months into the 118th Congress, I'm not seeing a hell of a lot different than the same old, same old," Roy said.
