CNN couldn't even wait as long as first announced to kill its streaming service. WarnerMedia invested about $300 million in the project.

Now that the streaming service has failed, original projections leaked by network insiders show how misguided the effort really was.

Chris Wallace left Fox to anchor at CNN+ but now that the streaming service is folding, he said that he is a victim.

The internal meltdowns came after the Thursday cancellation of the streaming service, which had struggled to attract viewers.

Apparently a lot can change in three weeks, because the once highly touted streaming service is now slated to come to an end on April 30. 

Kelly's reason for not leaving for CNN should be an object lesson for other independent-thinking journalists -- including one in particular.

The good news for Americans is that with Wallace at CNN now, not nearly as many viewers are being exposed to his bias.

Not only is the CNN app crashing and burning, it's losing out to some competition that makes it look absolutely pathetic.

Wallace got his moment in the limelight but he did not display the gratitude and respect his employer and his audience deserved.
