Former Minneapolis police office Derek Chauvin will continue to fight his convictions in the death of George Floyd.

'It's crystal clear now that Derek Chauvin cannot be convicted of murder three,' a former law professor said.

Attorneys for J. Kueng and Tou Thao said their clients would be unfairly prejudiced if they went to trial alongside Chauvin.
