A lawsuit says that Capitol incursion participant Ray Epps will face charges for his involvement in the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

Ray Epps filed a defamation suit against Fox News Wednesday, charging the news outlet falsely reported about his role in the Jan. 6 protests.

DeSantis defended his campaign Sunday during an interview with Maria Bartiromo and said his campaign is built for the long haul.

Fox News did not address Carlson’s departure in the announcement, which celebrated Hannity’s longevity as part of its prime-time lineup.

Former Fox News chief national correspondent Ed Henry was arrested in Florida last month and charged with driving under the influence.

Fox News, which was once a cash cow with ratings juggernaut Tucker Carlson leading the charge, is now foundering.

“I think the reason they are reacting so angrily to [DeSantis] is they accurately perceive her as a threat," Kelly said during her podcast.

After years of controversy surrounding American elections, Republican lawmakers are taking a big step toward restoring confidence.
