Across America Wednesday, thousands of high school students met publicy to share their faith in a time of prayer.

Amid complaints from Americans United for Separation of Church and State, these students took it upon themselves to lead a postgame prayer.

One high school football team showed that comebacks are always possible. And every player on the winning team was rewarded for not giving up.

Students learned during Friday’s morning announcements that staff canceled plans to dress in red, white and blue for the football game.

Thankfully, there are still plenty of patriots who wish to honor the national anthem and, in turn, the country.

The bill, which keeps transgender athletes from participating in girls’ sports, is expected to go into effect beginning July 1.
