Jen Psaki recommends a margarita for Americans who are concerned about the Biden administration's failures.

Unless Congress passes the Democrats' voting bills, Biden said, there's a good chance the midterms will be 'illegitimate.'

The problem is that Psaki is only a mouthpiece for the White House. Biden is supposed to be in charge, and the world knows it.

Psaki was quick to inform the public that Biden had been briefed on the attack and a bit slower to share specifics on the attack itself.

Biden drew an explicit comparison between senators who refused to do away with the filibuster and infamous segregationists.

Psaki responded that 'you do hard things in White Houses.' Perhaps you do, but it's becoming clear the administration can't do them well.

The back-and-forth came after a wild claim about childhood hospitalizations from COVID during Supreme Court arguments.

She said Biden 'would say we never give him any free time or any time to think. And that is probably true.'

The move came just before a mask-less Biden -- who just came into contact with someone who tested positive -- coughed through a speech.
