MSNBC's "Morning Joe" -- in particular, its eponymous, Trump-hating co-host -- appears to exert outsized influence on the Biden White House.

The partnership between the show and the administration goes much deeper than the president's viewership, according to insiders.

It's hard to decide whether host Joe Scarborough or former Sen. Claire McCaskill went further off the deep end.

Instead of "Morning Joe," viewers were greeted with ads, promos and reruns until tech crews were able to get the show on the air.

Yet again, Scarborough's hyperbole had many social media users wondering whether the MSNBC host was still with it.
