When Penn. Sen. John Fetterman was released from the hospital last week, a whole new question arose when people saw his release photos.

A job at CNN comes with an inherent obligation to run cover for Democrats, so the network has earned its skeptics.

"[T]his should be a photo of her covered in sweat and soot shot after she actually did something," one user commented.

A tweet from Fetterman's wife celebrating the photos indicates that she has still not returned to her husband yet.

"Imagine if a man fled the country on a vacation with the kids while his wife was in a mental hospital," one user said.

As Fetterman remains hospitalized for mental health issues, some old tweets from his chief of staff regarding Donald Trump have surfaced.

Fetterman has not been seen by the public in almost a month but his name has appeared on several pieces of proposed legislation.
