President Joe Biden is apparently angry with special counsel Robert Hur for asking something Hur never asked.

It happened as he and first lady Jill Biden exited the presidential helicopter after returning to the White House from Delaware.

If a presidential candidate were required to be able to safely ride a bike, Biden might be disqualified from running this year.

"Every time he's on TV, he babbles like a toddler, then goes off to shuffle into a wall! WHO IS REALLY RUNNING OUR COUNTRY???"

Overall, the news conference held to convince the world that the president is cognitively sound ended up having the opposite result.

"Many American people have been watching, and they have expressed concern about your age," said CNN reporter MJ Lee.

"I'm well-meaning, and I'm an elderly man, and I know what the hell I'm doing as president," Biden responded.

The only thing we know for certain is Biden's party, his wife and the rest of those around him each day owe us all an explanation.

While Democrats try to portray the 81-year-old president as fit as a fiddle heading into the November election, the report said otherwise.

A recent poll showed that 76% of voters said they had "major concerns" or "moderate concerns" about Biden's "mental and physical health."
