Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas is taking a long-term approach to controlling the border by building a new, permanent base in Eagle Pass.

Members of Congress are being informed of a "serious national security threat" that media reports say involves Russian military capability.

"The campaign will continue meeting voters where they are, innovating to create content that will resonate with critical audiences."

A CNN fact check noted "three false claims" the president made during Thursday night's debacle of a news conference.

"Every time he's on TV, he babbles like a toddler, then goes off to shuffle into a wall! WHO IS REALLY RUNNING OUR COUNTRY???"

One governor called on Biden to “act” on border security and said if the president does not, he and other governors will.

"The TSA program is a precursor to a full-blown national surveillance state," one senator, who proposes to ban the tech, said.

Former federal agents described an unprecedented threat from a border invasion that now has Americans flocking to Texas' defense.

"When I am President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbott and other Border States."

"This is a time of immense global instability. Our country deserves reliable leadership at the Department."
