Senator Chuck Schumer threatened two Supreme Court justices, but it is not the first time Democrats have threatened the Supreme Court in recent months.

With all the subtlety of a New York mob boss, Schumer delivered his message on the steps of the Supreme Court to Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.

They also blamed Donald Trump and the Constitution for the threats Sen. Charles Schumer made against Trump's Supreme Court appointees.

'Of course I didn't intend to suggest anything other than political and public opinion consequences for the Supreme Court,' Schumer said.

'I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame. So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer.'

Schumer made the remarks at a rally in front of the Supreme Court on Wednesday as justices were hearing a case on abortion.
