Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has suspended his Republican presidential campaign and is now supporting former President Donald Trump.

"We need strong national leadership to bring this nightmare to an end. At home, Americans are struggling," she wrote.

"We need a president today who will stop the crime and recklessness in the streets," Sen. Tim Scott said at the rally.

An endorsement coveted by GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley has gone to former President Donald Trump instead.

“Right now, if I had to bet, I think the two candidates will be Biden and Trump,” the Haley mega-donor said.

"I’m honored to call him a friend. I’m proud to be the first member of Congress to have endorsed his re-election."

Even before enthusiasm for Vivek Ramaswamy as a possible Trump running mate spiked, he addressed his thoughts on the subject.

With Ramaswamy's endorsement, Trump and the America First movement have a substantial claim to the legacy of Thomas Jefferson.

In a resurfaced tweet posted in April 2020, Haley cheered Bill Gates for funding the production of COVID vaccines.

A representative for CNN said the network would “continue to pursue other opportunities as the campaign season progresses."
