A man sentenced to more than a century in prison for a mass shooting has risen to a high level in California's government.

The multi-story RJ Mall in Karachi, Pakistan, is in a commercial high-rise that also houses call centers and software firms.

Nearly 100 people in 32 states have gotten sick from the contaminated fruits, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

"This unfortunate circumstance has prompted me to investigate pursuing a case of discrimination," the 30-year-old man said.

Authorities completed the investigation and issued a manslaughter charge. The coroner calls for neck guards to be mandatory.

The Department of Homeland Security has designated the rally as a "Level 1" security event, on par with the Super Bowl.

"Public safety concerns must be addressed in ways that are lawful," Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk wrote. "This rule is not."

"This is about protecting kids," one state attorney general said. "What we want is for the company to change its behavior."
