After a mass shooting in a Texas mall on Saturday, Rep. Pat Fallon spoke out, reminding the American people of the Second Amendment.

On Wednesday, a gunman opened fired in a medical building in Atlanta, killing one and leaving at least four others injured.

More people are being arrested after police finally caught a suspect in the murders of five people in Texas.

Cameron Everest Brand, 19, was charged with killing two teenagers and wounding four others in an early Sunday shooting at a house party.

“So fortunate and so glad and so thankful that right now we believe that everybody is going to survive,” Sheriff Leon Lott said.

When they entered the restaurant, they were told the man had scammed them and did not work for the owners of the parking lot.

A Metro Nashville Council Member said the manifesto was "a blueprint on total destruction" and said the FBI had no plans to release it.
