South Korea said in a statement it's 'very concerned' about North Korea's weapons launches.

'We want sanctions to remain in place,' Trump said Thursday at the White House during a meeting with South Korea President Moon Jae-in.

'Moon has worked aggressively to foster better relations between the North and South and doesn't want to see nuclear talks derailed.'

The Trump administration is reportedly considering a plan that would require U.S. allies to pay the full cost, plus some, of U.S. military deployments.

Donald Herman Voigt was serving in South Korea when he received the award for severe injuries to his arm.

The US and South Korea are significantly downsizing this spring's annual military exercises.

'Trump left his summit in Vietnam with the North Korean leader last week without reaching an agreement.'

'The reason I do not want military drills with South Korea is to save hundreds of millions of dollars for the U.S. for which we are not reimbursed.'
