The surgeon general happened to be in the area when a man collapsed, and he jumped into action to save the man's life.

The veteran was on his way to deposit the cash, so he could get some dental work done when the woman approached him.

Despite leaving the Fresno State Bulldogs football team, Cam Lamanuzzi said he's "exactly where I want to be at the moment."

"I am completely overwhelmed by how amazing it has been," one participant said of the experience. "You just feel the love."
