Tom Brady Taunts 'Bills Mafia' Ahead of Monday Night Showdown
When you’ve beaten on a specific opponent early and often for years since you came into the league, some sense of superiority is entirely warranted.
And for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, in just the past eight years, he’s compiled a 13-3 record against Buffalo — the kind of record for a team in the course of a regular season that would get you home-field advantage in the conference title game in most years.
Brady, for his part, isn’t afraid to lord it over the Buffalo faithful either.
With a showdown coming next Monday night in Buffalo, Brady took to Instagram to fire a shot across the bow of the squad that, if the Patriots have anything to say about it, will become their fifth straight victim after starting the season 1-2.

Brady, fresh off a 38-31 win Sunday over the Chicago Bears, called out New England’s next opponent, saying “Bills Mafia, here we come.”
Brady has made a fresh celebration video on Instagram after every Patriots victory so far this season, but this is the first time he’s called out his next opponent.
Of course, it’s easy to call out an opponent when your teams’ rivalry is less clash of the titans and more schoolyard bully vs. kid with the lunch money. While Buffalo does win against New England every once in a blue moon, Brady’s taken better than four out of five this decade.
And while both teams were at one point 1-2, the Patriots have since won all four of their games to go to 5-2 while the Bills have won just once to land at 2-5. Even the stinking Jets have won two of four over the past month.
Even Bills fans can’t find the outrage in the bulletin board material, not with New England opening as a 13.5-point road favorite in Vegas. On Twitter, they clearly knew the score.
Some fans just want the Patriots to enjoy their trip to Buffalo aside from whipping the hide of the local football team.

The Bills could pull the upset. It’s possible. But just because something is possible doesn’t mean it’ll actually happen.
I mean, I could hit the Mega Millions and the Powerball on consecutive days and walk away with $2.22 billion. That’s about as likely as a Bills win over New England at this point.
